So it’s been a while but we’re still here 😉
We’d been running into some diskspace issues which meant that we weren’t practically able to add more clips, but the site has just been updated to now store the files on a big cloud drive rather than locally as we were before, so we should be able to resume uploading \o/
Storing the clips locally was a design choice we made at the start but it didn’t work out so great in practice. It’s taken a while to figure out a different solution, and then implement it…but it’s been done.
In doing a test order today I also realised we were asking for all sorts of personal details on ordering. This was not intended and was an oversight. The only details we need from you are a name for how to refer to you (can be a nickname or whatever) and an email address so we can get in touch if there’s a problem with your orde. But that’s it. There’s a country dropdown too but it’s optional.
The menus have also been tweaked a little so we don’t get the massive weird dropdowns.
